Now it is not necessary anymore to take a resistor in thinfilm technology if a resistor tolerance of 0,25% is used. Compared to KOA´s general purpose RK73-series, the new RK73G-series has an even better T.C.R of 50 ppm/K and its low resistance tolerance of 0,25% is ideal for precision designs. The RK73G-series in the new tolerance of ±0.25% covers the resistance range from 100Ω to 1MΩ and is available from 0402 to 1206 inch size. The temperature range is specified with -55 to + 155ᵒC, the derating starts at 125ᵒC (terminal temperature). The series is tested according the AEC-Q200 requirements.
The RK73G series is part of the RK73 family, SMD resistors in thick film technology for general applications. Available are the RK73H series with TK 100 in 0.5% and 1%, the RK73B series with TK200 in 2% and 5% and the jumper version RK73Z. In addition, all RK73 series are available in an anti-sulfuration version, providing absolute protection against sulfurous environmental influences.
