In expansion of the WK73 series KOA offers now the WU732B. This low ohm resistor with longitudinal terminations provides at a size of 0612 and Tol. 1% a rated power of 1 Watt. The component produced in thick film technology is available in a resistance range of 10 mOhm to 100 mOhm. It is characterized by the improved temperature coefficient. This TCR is indicated with 150 ppm/K for 10 to 12 mOhm and with 100 ppm/K for 13 to 100 mOhm. The temperature range is specified with -55 to + 155ᵒC, the derating starts at 105ᵒC (terminal temperature). The series is tested according the AEC-Q200 requirements.
The WK73 series is available in sizes 0612 to 1225, with a rated power from 0,75 to 2 Watt. A distinction is made between the value ranges from 10 mOhm up to 9.76 Ohm (WK73S) and 10 Ohm to 1Mohm (WK73R). The series is available in the tolerances 1% and 5%, the temperature range is also from -55 to + 155ᵒC. All sizes are tested according AEC-Q200 requirements. The complete series also exists in a special anti-sulphuration version, designated as WK73-RT.
