The KOA series RS73 is now available in four sizes from 0402 to 1206. Built in thick film technology, the component allows tolerances of very low 0.1% and a TCR of 25 ppm/K. Tolerances of 0.25 and 0.5% and a TCR of 50 ppm/K are also offered. The data regarding long-term stability are also outstanding. In the 1000h endurance test, there is a maximum deviation of 0.2%; in addition, derating only begins at an ambient temperature of 85⁰C. Furthermore, a high ESD stability is given.
In terms of precision, the RS73 offers values that were previously only known from resistors in thin film technology. But it offers a higher nominal power and a better pulse strength.
