KOA now offers its established RN73H and RN73R thin-film series with a higher rated power. The following table illustrates the extended options in the ‘Power Rating Power-up’ column.
There are no changes with regard to the ambient temperature; derating starts as usual at an ambient temperature of 85°C.
The higher rated power has a slight effect on the performance data, for example the long-term stability in “Power mode” changes from typically 0.03% to 0.04%. If the component is operated with the previous maximum nominal load, the performance data valid up to that point will of course continue to apply.
Both, the RN73H and RN73R fulfil the requirements of AEC-Q200, but the RN73H is particularly recommended for automotive applications, while the RN73R is primarily recommended for industrial and medical technology applications.
